Membership & refunds
Everything about paying, stopping and getting help — in one place.
What you get
The Anatomy Moves Membership is €4.99/month, including applicable tax, charged once a month. It covers the gait lessons and videos in the course. Gait Cycle Basics and the Gait Phases lessons stay free for everyone.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from Your account under Manage billing — no phone call, no form, no reason needed.
Your access keeps running until the end of the month you have already paid for, then stops. You are not charged again after cancelling.
Refunds
Because the lessons are handed over the moment you subscribe, membership payments are not refundable. Cancelling is what stops the next payment.
If something looks wrong — a payment taken twice, a charge after you cancelled, or access that never started — write to us at the address below and we will sort it out.
